Randy Ellsworth and his team welcome you to Stepper Care Services (SCS). His 40 years of GCA experience and exemplary customer service are always available to provide expedient and reliable solutions to your photolithography needs.
Randy began his engineering career with GCA Corp. in 1983 upon graduation from the Missouri Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology. His initial role with GCA involved work as a field service engineer on new installations, and product upgrades.
During more than 19 years working directly with GCA as a valued staff member, he held various positions including team leader, technical support engineer and FSE supervisor. His knowledge and skill set in managing many areas including training, manufacturing, technical support, and coordinating logistics created a substantial contribution to GCA’s successes in his tenure.
Randy founded Stepper Care Services in response to the market’s need for qualified support of GCA photolithography equipment. Randy and his staff bring years of experience to customers who no longer have support for their equipment. Since its formation in 2002, SCS has globally expanded its customer base and widened its services.
Stepper Care Services provides support for a wide range of GCA models, including the 4800, 6300, 8000, 8500, ALS, AutoStep and XLS. The company’s current focus includes: servicing, installing, relocating, upgrading, refurbishing, training, applications and logistics support.
